With an area of 29.5 acres / 11.94 ha, it is located 20 minutes from the center of Vilcabamba, in the Valley of the Centenarians. It is so called because its year-round spring-like climate, pure water, organic food, tranquility, etc. have allowed many people native to the area to live here for over 100 years.
Around the property there are many hiking trails and lakes to explore.
The land has a height difference of 400 meters between the bottom of the hill and the top, which allows tropical plants to be grown at the bottom and temperate plants at the top.
Hundreds of local and foreign fruit trees are planted, with irrigation pipes on each level and Azolla seaweed ponds for organic fertilization.
It has a creek with water all year round that borders the entire property.

Here you can enjoy a great view of the Podocarpus Park and an 80 meter waterfall.
