It is so called because its year-round spring-like climate, pure water, organic food, tranquility, etc. have allowed many people native to the area to live here for over 100 years. Around the property there are many hiking trails and lakes to explore. The land has a height difference of 400 meters between the bottom of the hill and the top, which allows tropical plants to be grown at the bottom and temperate plants at the top. Hundreds of local and foreign fruit trees are planted, with irrigation pipes on each level and Azolla seaweed ponds for organic fertilization. It has a creek with water all year round that borders the entire property. In the lower part it has a flat area of about 1 hectare next to the Uchima River, one of the cleanest rivers in the area, with tropical fruit trees (such as bananas, mangos, papayas, avocados, mangosteens, etc.) and plenty of free space to build your own house or tourist facility. The middle part has large open spaces with subtropical crops (sapote, dates, pineapple, pitahaya...) and 2 flat and semi-flat areas large enough to build. At the top, there are temperate climate plantations (apples, pears, cherries, figs, peaches...), a rustic adobe little house, lots of space (from 2 to 4 hectares) that can be used for grazing animals and 4 areas suitable for building. Here you can enjoy a great view of the Podocarpus Park and an 80 meter waterfall. The land can be accessed by motorcycle or walking about 15 minutes from the dirt road.
