I have been in many units in the Aquamira. This is a very unique layout of an "E" unit combined with an "F" unit. This wonderfully priced rental has views of the Salinas pier out of the master bedroom, off of the balcony, the dining room and the kitchen. The living room, dining room and kitchen are l-shaped. What is so great about that is that they each have their separate area but are also open to enjoy everyone in each room. The living room is a cozy little area with a very nice, large television. The dining room has a very large family table which is perfect for formal get togethers or for playing cards. The kitchen has everything you need right at your fingertips. The master bedroom has great built in closets and balcony doors that go out to the shared balcony with the second bedroom. The master bathroom is bright because of the large windows which also have a view of the Salinas pier. The second bedroom has balcony access and built in closets also. Right outside of the second bedroom is a beautifully tiled full bathroom. If you like a little more privacy, the third bedroom has no windows except for an opaque glass decorative window to let light in.
