This is an awesome fully furnished three bedroom home that includes all window coverings also. Each of the bedrooms have their own air conditioning units and dehumidifiers. Two of the bedrooms have recently remodeled private bathrooms. The master bedroom is located right off the ocean and is so spacious with lovely lighting in the oak bed unit. Walk out to the front porch and I dare you to not close your eyes and enjoy the ocean breezes. This lovely yard boasts a little tiki bar, complete with electrical outlets to power your blender for your frozen margaritas, before you open the gate and step right in the sand on the beach. Don't worry about bringing the sand into the house...there is an outdoor shower. This home has a washer and dryer which are located in a recently built storage area just off the back door of the house and the carport. There are two other large storage areas for you to keep all of your tools and beach things. There are many upgraded mechanics to this house. There is a back up generator which allows you to fully run your electric, even if the town is down. The water cistern is set to come on automatically, as needed.
