Property is located in Taos Community. There are a couple of small lakes in the community and you just a very short drive(maybe 2 to 3 minutes) to one of Ecuador's finest beaches. Very large home close to an excellent beach. This is one of my favorite beaches to go for long undisturbed walks and just watch the pelicans skim the surface of the water. Very large home designed for entertaining. Yes it needs some work but there plenty of house to work with.
