Property is located in Taos Community. There are a couple of small lakes in the community and you just a very short drive(maybe 2 to 3 minutes) to one of Ecuador's finest beaches. Punta Blanca Beach is very long and wide enabling you to walk for miles and miles. This was a family home used for vacation and having large parties. Owner states it could be used as a B&B, or small Hotel. The lot is 250mt with 500mt of construction. There is a pool that was built very strong to withstand the time and climate. Surrounding the pool is outdoor seating, a BBQ area a bathroom and a steam room. There are several upper decks and one having a small ocean view. The home needs lots of paint and some cosmetic repair. The upper decks were designed to have a thatched roof with Bamboo structure. There are three floors. On floor one you have a large living area, bar, full bath, large bedroom, and the kitchen. Floor number two is the on suite master, two more bedrooms, another full bath, Bar, and a huge covered patio. Floor three is two very large decks one was designed for a covered terrace. Lots of space for little money.
Long Description
Very large home close to an excellent beach. This is one of my favorite beaches to go for long undisturbed walks and just watch the pelicans skim the surface of the water. Very large home designed for entertaining. Yes it needs some work but there plenty of house to work with.
