Long Description
The main house plus walkways is 360 square meters construction on 460 square meters of land and the smaller house is 130 square meters construction on 350 square meters of land. The entire property is surrounded by an 8-foot tall brick wall with decorative windows near the top, and three large wooden gates.
Main house is two-stories with broad wood porch all the way around first floor. Wood on floors and windows is Ecuadorian hardwood with some pine and bamboo. The house and grounds are open, airy and spacious.
Downstairs has a master bedroom with tile bathroom (bathtub) and adjoining sleeping areas; upstairs has a full, open bedroom with tile bathroom with shower. The property also includes a small pool (8 meters x 4 meters) with circular spa. The kitchen, with sink and cupboards, is separate from the house within the brick wall enclosure and has windows that open out on 3 sides. There is a gas stove and refrigerator and a dining area in the cochina. There is a separate, small palm-covered laundry room, outside sink, attached bathroom and laundry area.
Connected to the main patio is a large one-level, open living space with adjoining tile bathroom and floor-to-roof wooden and glass doors that open onto the patio across from the pool. Municipal water, electricity, TV, and phone are available. The property has two cisterns, one well and septic sewer.
This home is located in San Clemente- Manabi-Ecuador, 3 easy blocks from the beautiful beach. San Clemente is a small fishing village near Bahia 10 minutes from Charapoto Parish. Most of the people live from fishing and Tourism.
