The very best vacation is waiting for you? This gorgeous 2,000 square foot condo is quite the destination for you. The enormous living room/dining/kitchen area is perfect for entertaining! You won't mind doing dishes here...although you don't have to. This unit has a dishwasher...very rare here. You are so high up in this building that you clear all other buildings so you can see all the way to the furthest most western part of Ecuador's coast! Views? Incredible. You can see the new pier, the Malecon...all from your tower in the sky. Each and every bedroom in this unit boasts its own built in closets complete with drawers. They all have their own private bathrooms too. The second bedroom is set up now as an office which is perfect for most of my rental clients who are typically just a couple looking to get away and relax. No need for all three bedrooms...so it is nice to check back with family and friends in your office overlooking the ocean! The laundry is compact but has a washer/dryer combo and laundry sink. The amenities in this building are awesome. The lobby feels like you walked into a five star hotel lobby...in fact we get many people coming in to see if they can stay in this hotel. Two pools, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam room, ping pong area...this building has it all. The parking space for this unit is located right in the building...not all are in this building. Some are across the street.
