This property is hooked up to San Pedro’s irrigation canal water system, so you can water your plants with this water. The main house is hooked up to potable water too. Both the canal and potable water come from a clean river originating in the Podocarpus National Park mountains.

This property has two entrances: an upper entrance near the main house and a lower entrance near the guest house. Both entrances come out on the same paved road and it is just a short 2-minute drive to San Pedro or a 5-minute drive to Vilcabamba.
