Traveling north are some of the prettiest beaches in Ecuador including Olon and Ayampe. About an hour north is Puerto Lopez with whale watching between June and September with lots of snorkeling and diving in nearby islands.
The proprietor is from Holland and has been in Ecuador for 12 years and speaks four languages including Spanish and has been managing the property ever since.
