One part of the land boasts a magical eucalyptus forest that has about 40 mature trees. You could use some of these trees in building projects on the property. Flowing through this forest is a quiet stream. You can divert water from the stream to bring water to other parts of the property. Because this property is on a mountain, it is mostly sloped, but there are two great areas for building on the upper part of the property. These spots have beautiful views! A large part of the property can be used for growing crops. There is a large garden and orchard on the lower part of the land with 60 banana trees, orange trees, mango trees, naranjilla, and cassava root vegetables. Years ago, there was a rough road partway to the property, but because it hasn’t been maintained, it isn’t useable anymore. You could redo it and extend it by about 800 meters to reach the property. There is no electricity nearby, so solar energy is a good option. Along with the lack of electricity, there is no cell service meaning there are no EMFs!
