There is a beautiful long section of completely flat land that eventually adjoins the river and has ideal building spots. You will be able to hear the majestic river in the background and truly enjoy the serenity this area boasts. Down by the river, you can enjoy swimming holes and relaxing zones. It is also fun to meander up the pristine river and do some exploring! Other parts of the land are steeper, but you could plant fruit trees or other crops on these parts. There are several eucalyptus trees on the property too that contribute to the natural, lush atmosphere. Canal water runs through the property for irrigation.
