We chose to build our house in this small neighborhood because it is nestled in a beautiful valley, between 2 inactive volcanos, Cotacachi and Imbabura. It has the quiet peacefulness of rural life. Yet, the cities of Cotacachi and Otavalo are only minutes away by car, truck, bus or taxi since the main road which joins the city of Cotacachi with the highway goes right by. Atuntaqui and Ibarra are also easily accessed, so everything you need or want is very close.

Sisa Pacha is close to everything, but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

The neighbors, from the US, Canada, England, Spain and Ecuador provide both cultural and language variety.
