Listing Syndication
Your listings will be automatically exported to our partner networks and updated daily to reflect any changes. Listings may take 24-48 hours to appear on partner sites after submission; however, we cannot guarantee this timeframe due to potential technical difficulties on the partner portal's side. Rest assured, our team will always follow up and manage support requests on your behalf to ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Marketing Add-Ons and Limits
To help maximize your visibility, we offer a range of marketing features with specific limitations per subscription level:
Featured Listings in Newsletters

Available for Premium plan members only.

Frequency: One featured property every two months.

Social Media Promotions

Additional social media posts and newsletter features can be purchased separately as add-ons.
Agency Directory Leads
MLS-Ecuador receives inquiries from buyers and sellers who reach out directly to us. These leads are directed to the Featured Agency Directory, where potential clients can find their preferred agency of choice. This feature is available to Plus, Premium, and Enterprise plan members.
Through the Featured Agency Directory, buyers can explore agencies in their desired regions, and property owners looking to list their properties can connect with an MLS-affiliated agent.
Our team ensures that clients are provided with the directory link and encouraged to choose the agency that best fits their needs, offering equal opportunities for all listed agencies.

Support is available through the following channels based on your subscription plan:
