Featured Development Punta Don Juan

Despite having spent over 3 years in Ecuador, we are still discovering new places. We recently took a tour from Esmeraldas all the way down to Guayaquil, and just north of Jama we came upon a handful of spectacular projects.

It seems the north coast of Manabí, Ecuador has become the new pole for real estate development and tourism in Ecuador.  One of the factors contributing to this growth in recent years has been the construction of new roads, which allow Quiteños to travel to the beach in under 4 hours.  The recent opening of this market through dramatically improved infrastructure have made Northern Manabi an area with huge return on investment potential. In addition to excellent infrastructure, the area boasts a wonderful climate and long virgin beaches and lush green landscapes.

Punta Don Juan is a gated community of approximately 13 hectares located along the Ruta Spondylus with direct access to the beach.  The Master Plan is based in principles of sustainability and environmental sensitivity, carefully planned to form a harmonic community.  The terrain presents a rare topography and the architectural designs were done to take advantage of the spectacular views available from the majority of the lots. The home sites comprise just 52% of the total area of the development, with a great portion of the area maintained as green reserves and common spaces.

Punta Don Juan has only a single entrance with 24 hour security on site, and elegant landscaping decorating the entrance and roads throughout the community. All electric cables are installed below ground in order not to contaminate the spectacular views the property boasts, and a low population density is maintained with abundant green spaces and quiet walkways. All homeowners have access to the club house of Punta Don Juan as well as the pool, childrens pool, playground, hammock area, synthetic sports field, tennis courts, trails, and common areas.

Worried about walking too far in the sun?  4 Golf Carts are on site to assist in moving homeowners and their guests around the property. Lots available at incredible prices with owner financing available.  Reserve your location today for as little as $1000.
