This property is a beautiful rural find – 7.2 hectares (17.7 acres) of mostly flat land that can be used to build houses or to grow productive crops. The soil on this property is very fertile and ideal for agriculture. You could plant fruit trees to create an orchard or plant other crops. Currently, about half of the land is planted with corn. There are also “tuna” cactus plants which produce prickly pear fruits. If you wanted to have animals, you could easily fence off portions of the land and make pastures for grazing.
On the upper part of the property there is a stream flowing through which provides water for irrigation. This property offers beautiful flat land in the midst of gorgeous mountains all around. There is a large mountainous hill on one part of the land with a flat section where you could potentially build a house with big picture windows to enjoy the marvelous views. Just imagine being the king (or queen) of the hill! Because this area is mainly agricultural, it is so peaceful and quiet. This property is in the tiny village of Chiquil and is 30 minutes from Malacatos where you can do your grocery shopping or get construction supplies.
