Your building lot at Vistas del Pacífico includes properly titled land, access road, electrical service, potable water, and future city sewer (for construction you may use a temporary biodigester provided by developer). The developer does not construct homes, but we can provide references for both architecture and construction and provide progress reports if you are out of the area. The community attorney, Dr. Ruben Moran Castro, was educated in the United States, will process the closing documents, and may you avail his legal services to contract construction, if you choose.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Fernando Pagés Ruiz immigrated to the United States, where he lived in Boulder, Colorado, until fate brought him to Ecuador with his new wife Martina. They now live between Guayaquil and Vail Colorado, spending weekends at their cottage at Vistas Del Pacífico. With a thirty-year career as land developer and homebuilder, his projects have won several prestigious awards for green building and community development, he’s also the author of two architectural books for The Taunton Press.

He owns Cardoso & Asociados, Arquitectura in Cuenca, Ecuador, where the firm engages in many outstanding private and public design projects. For ten years, Esteban plied his trade in Charlotte, North Carolina, before returning to Ecuador in 2009 to establish his firm in Cuenca. Esteban speaks fluent English.
