The north coast of Manabi Ecuador has become the new pole for real estate development and tourism in Ecuador. One of the factors contributing to this growth in recent years has been the construction of new roads, which allow Quito residents to travel to the beach in under 4 hours. The recent opening of this market through dramatically improved infrastructure make Northern Manabi an area with huge return on investment potential.

In addition to excellent infrastructure, the area boasts a wonderful climate and long virgin beaches and lush green landscapes. In whale season between June and September, you can observe humpback whales swimming off the coast just hundreds of meters from the shore. They travel from Antarctica to the tropics each year to give birth to their calves.

The region offers numerous aquatic activities including outstanding surf and kiteboard conditions as well as beautiful hiking and biking trails, paragliding, deep sea fishing, and a rich variety of traditional cuisine.
