We offer the option to build your house according to our available models, or you can also build your house to your liking based on the standards of the community.
If you desire a finished product that is ready for move-in, COSTA SOL offers the best alternative. We offer single-story homes that range between 1,400 sq. ft. (130 m2) and 2,282 sq. ft. (212 m2). With this option you choose everything: the lot that you want to live on, the size of the house, as well as the house type based on the available models. Our architects and construction team will take care of all of the work in order to deliver you the keys to your new house.

About the Area
Cojimíes is the northernmost municipality in the province of Manabí, belonging to the district of Pedernales. It is a picturesque and quiet fishing village that is about 4 hours from Quito.
The economy is mainly based on traditional fishing, shrimp farming, and crab and shellfish harvesting. En the last few years, Cojimíes has become an important destination for sustainable sport fishing and is one of the principal destinations for beautiful Ecuadorian beaches.
This area is an excellent alternative for tourism centered around nature, bird watching, whale watching, water-sports such as kayaking, swimming, and in general many outdoor activities.
One major tourist attraction of Cojimíes is the Isla de Amor (Island of Love), the perfect spot to practice fishing in the middle of peace and tranquility, or also to share an unforgettable moment with your loved one surrounded by the ocean.
You can also explore the natural ecological reserve Mache Chindul to see wild birds, whales, and incredible landscapes. There is also an impressive waterfall to visit in the natural reserve that is well worth visiting.
