Born and raised in the Netherlands, Frank Mussche moved to Canada in the mid 1970s. After years of entrepreneurial ventures, both within and outside of the construction sector, he grew weary of shoveling snow in Edmonton, and decided to shovel sand instead!
When he first arrived in Santa Marianita, Frank was reminded of his home town on the coast of the Netherlands. He came upon this incredible property and began to envision a development worthy of this spectacular location. Pacific Breeze is the product of that vision.
