This is a beautiful property, located in the beach town of Punta Carnero, which is part of the city of Salinas. During the week, the beach is virtually empty although the weekends are a little busier in high season. One can catch the bus by walking just about 100 meters from the door. It takes you directly to the Paseo Shopping Mall in about 15 minutes, and from there, you can catch buses or taxis pretty well anywhere you'd like to go. The property managers live on-site, so they are there to attend to maintenance issues or answer any questions you may have. This is a non-smoking property.
