This unit is reserved most of the year. It is one of our most popular rentals because it includes both wireless internet and Direct TV. This three bedroom, three bath unit is one of the most nicely decorated units and fully appointed with everything you would want in a vacation rental. The living room and TV seating area have some of the most comfortable furniture you could hope for. The dining room is set up for a great gathering. This unit has a balcony with a table and chairs also. The kitchen is open to the dining room and also has great views to the Salinas Yacht Club and Bay. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen and has a full bathroom there also. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and lots of built in closet space. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
This six year old building has two pools, one kiddie pool and an adult pool. There is a jacuzzi, exercise room, sauna, steam room, and theater room. The unit also comes with underground parking.
